Who we are
“C L Business” is a premier consultancy organization headed by Kundan Sharma, primarily dealing with Foreign Trade – that is to say, Export – Import Policy, Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, SEZ and EOU matters. The firm constitutes of “state – of – the art” experts in various fields of specialization and its “think tank” consists of hard-core professionals, to whom, pragmatic and down to earth approach, in a no-nonsense manner, is a matter of course.
In addition to rendering consultancy services in dealing with regular business matters like notices and appeals, they also help their clients to prepare and pilot representations to various Govt. bodies and get the problems sorted out on a time bound program. They have a liaison set up in New Delhi to coordinate matters with various departments connected with Customs, Central Excise, Export, Import and allied matters.

C L Group is promoted by Kundan Sharma, a commerce graduate, well versed experience of 30 Years in Foreign Trade Policy, Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax matters /Finance / Marketing.
His Area of Operation are as below:
- Advise on all areas of Foreign Trade, Customs, Central Excise and allied matters.
- Preparation of Applications for various export benefits like Duty Drawback/ Advance Authorization/ EPCG / MEIS / SEIS / Deemed Export / Excise duty Refund/Rebate and other benefits of Export Incentives etc.
- Render adequate help and assistance to entrepreneurs to set up and manage SEZ / EOU Projects and also to avail all the eligible fiscal and monetary benefits as per the regulations in force.
The firm has a large list of clientele belonging to both the Public and Private Sectors to whom they provide legally tenable, cost-effective and commercially viable business solutions pertaining to regulatory aspects of domestic and international trade.
Group is also having the Distributorship of Delhi NCR for Decorative Ply Veneer / Flush Doors.
The group has diversified the business and has taken the C&F for battery operated non-polluting Electronic Rickshaw and E Scooty for Rajasthan of Brand Name SODYCO a well known Brand in West Bengal.
